Basically what's your favorite arc (Golden Age or Hawk of the Millennium for example) and what's your favorite chapter (Binding Chain or Elf Island for example). I'll go first: my favorite arc is the Hawk of the Millennium Arc I like the Hawk of the Millennium Arc the best because I feel it's the most narrative progressing arc and has the funnest moments (I like how Gut's band is starting to form along with the introduction of Shierke and the magic system + we get to learn more things about the world itself). Also the entire arc has sauce oozing out of it (Kushan and the Griffith's army are tuff as hell and Falconia is magnificent in a 40k-esque "this is awesome but also deeply wrong and evil). My favorite chapter is probably the Lost Children. For me, the Lost Children is the quintessential 'Berserk struggle chapter'. Guts is at one of his lowest points (technically this new chapter has him at his lowest but it's also brand new and not that good) both physically and mentally. I got spoiled for the Golden Age Arc so the Eclipse wasn't that bad for me, but no one could've prepared me for how brutal and down-right harrowing the Lost Children Chapter is. The gruesome executions of the villagers, the grotesque body horror of the psuedo-elves and the depressing end to the story all make it a uniquely soul-crushing yet deeply interesting and fun read. I really hope that young girl gets a good ending because holy that chapter was brutal.
